An enlarged prostate, or benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), is a common condition that affects men as they age.
The symptoms of an enlarged prostate include difficulty urinating, weak urine stream, and frequent urination, particularly at night.

Drink less at night, limit caffeine and alcohol, and eat a healthy diet.
2. Medications
Alpha blockers, anticholinergics, and 5-alpha reductase inhibitors.

Transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP), prostatic urethral lift, water ablation, and holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP).
